Fiscal representation in EU ports
On behalf of Polish importers, we carry out final customs clearance at unloading ports, e.g. in Hamburg. As a result, the importer pays the duty, but has the option of settling VAT at a later date, i.e. in the VAT-7 declaration in the month following the importation of the goods to Poland.
